A: Inflatable games is made by PVC Tarpaulin. The material for Inflatable games has passed the BS7837 testing procedure in England on 28th of March, 2006, which is the latest British standard for flame retardant.

Q: Can you print my picture or logo onto the products?
A: Yes, we could print your picture or logo on the inflatables products, and we need your picture or logo in Vectorgraph which is made by CoreDraw or Adobe Illustrator.

A: It includes inflatable games, air blower, repair kit(include the same color’s material, glue).

Q: How can we install the inflatables?
A: it is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, open the packages of inflatables and air blower, unfold the inflatables, then connect the air blower with inflatable,turn on the electricity to inflate it.

Q: What kind of guarantee you give?
A: Our inflatables games can be used more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. We will send the kit bags for every inflatables products and offer you more kit bags if needed. 

Q: Does your blowers have CE//UL certificates?
A: yes. We will supply you the CE or UL certificated air blowers, range from 110V, 120V, 220V, 240V etc according to your local requirements.

Q: What is your order procedure?
A: First, Choose your favorite items and confirm the order, then we will send you the Proforma Invoice. You need to sign on it and send back to us by e-mail or fax.Second, you can go to your bank and do the wire transfer for your order. After you have transfered the money, please send us the bank copy for our confirmation. When we receive your money, we will begin to make products for you. Once we finish your order, we will take some digital pictures and send them to you to check the items. If you are satisfied with it, we will arrange the delivery for you.

Q: Producing time?
A: Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 7-10 working days, excluding  transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

Q: How do you start the order and arrange the delivery?
A: we will start your order after receiving the 50% down payment, when the order is finished, we will email you the digital photos for your confirmation and ask you to send the balance, and then arrange the delivery for you.

Q: How’s the shipping?
A: we have our regular forwarder; we could deliver the goods to your nearest seaport or airport. The sea shipment takes about 30 days, and air shipment take about 5 days. After you inform us your total order, choose the method of delivery, we could calculate the exact freight charges for you.

Q: Can I use my own forwarder?
A: yes, please appoint your forwarder and ask them to contact us for your delivery.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Please transfer the payment by T/T from your bank to our bank.

Q: Where can they be displayed?
A: Display them on rooftops, cartops, parks, beaches and intercity terminals, in front of the show rooms and supermarkets. In one word, they can be displayed everywhere, just as you like.

Q: How much is the maintenance cost?
A: This cost can be negligible as the blower consumes only a few units of electricity each day.
